I am breaking part of the open-iscsi package for openSUSE:Factory into two new sub-packages: open-isns, and iscsiuio.
What do I have to do to get these two new sub-packages added to the list of packages that get delivered as part of the OS? I'm assuming just generating two new sets of RPMs will not mean that they are automatically available for installation.
To get them in the 13.2 OSS online repo, just submit the sub-packages to factory. Once they are part of factory they will automatically be included when 13.2 OSS is split off from factory.
How do I "submit the sub-packages to factory"? Is it automatically accomplished when I submit the changed spec file which now lists the new sub-packages?
If you want to make sure they are part of the OSS DVD / ISO, I don't know the procedure.
