[opensuse-packaging] Be aware of renaming package nagios-ndoutils > ndoutils

Hi, I created a sr of server:monitoring/nagios-ndoutils for Factory. But this would only be accepted with correct naming. Hence I copied nagios-ndoutils to ndoutils. (No Source changes) Build for nagios-ndoutils is disabled, binaries are wiped. All packagers that have a link/branch to server:monitoring/nagios-ndoutils should change it to server:monitoring/ndoutils immediatly. nagios-ndoutils will be removed on Friday.
