[opensuse-packaging] /usr/etc move: new rpm variable?

      Hi,

I think for the /usr/etc move of distribution provided configuration
files, we should introduce a RPM variable.

Any suggestions for a name?

My suggestions would be:

%_distro_sysconfdir
%_usr_sysconfdir
%_usretc

Any other ideas?
