NO, you shouldn't - since you need to update other packages as well. rpm is linked against glibc 2.4 CVS,
Well, you could take the sources out of Factory and build an rpm package for 10.0 -- but it might break your rpmdb. What are you expecting from an updated rpm package for 10.0? Regards Christoph
