So it sounds like there is at least one user ;)
Well, at least there was ;) If there still is I don't know. I'd still say drop if no responding maintainer.

It's building now and submitted to Factory. Updates are upto someone else.
I've made myself a note to check for an updated version with a new maintainer in a month.
If this hasn't happened by then it needs to bye-bye.
I'll try to take a look at updating it to the latest release. If it goes smooth, I'll sign up as maintainer. It will probably be 2 or 3 weeks before I get a chance to look at it.

Someone else had already offered. Frankie Onuonga <onuonga@live.com> (see bnc#793541).
I suppose if there are several candidates, one who's interested in the technology itself would be better assuming equivalent packaging skills.
Cristian's reasonable criteria was that you show capability to branch&update the package, basically what you suggest. Sounds reasonable but no point two people doing it, so feel free to sort it out amongst the two of you.
Thanks very much!
Tony
Frankie, It's all yours, but if you have any issues, feel free to ask (or punt). I've got 20 or 30 packages I suspect I maintain in factory, so I've got at least a little experience.
