[opensuse-packaging] Build "server:http" against Leap 42.1

Hi, Is there a reason why the project "server:http" is not built against Leap 42.1? https://build.opensuse.org/project/show/server:http I would like to use the proxy "polipo" which is in this project on Leap 42.1.
