[opensuse-packaging] Bugzilla outage

Hi All, Sorry for the cross-post, but due to the short time frame there's not much time to let the message percolate. Anyway, Bugzilla will be down starting at 5:00 P.M. MST. The planned outage is 1.5 hours. Bugzilla is being shutdown to upgrade the disk storage, we are running out of space.
