[opensuse-packaging] ldconfig in post

Hello, Is ldconfig still required? https://en.opensuse.org/openSUSE:Packaging_Conventions_RPM_Macros https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Changes/Removing_ldconfig_scriptlets https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Packaging:Scriptlets#Shared_Libraries AFAIK it is not needed anymore since rpm takes care using file triggers?
