Hello, Can some1 give directions on how to reach Olympic museum from Sachtouri 28? Not sure if the distance is walkable. If not, which public transport shall I choose? Pls advice. Thanks & regards, Amey.
Hello, I used the street Sachtouri. Check out the pictures http://susepaste.org/86817925 (Your Stop is Idragogio) http://susepaste.org/91049925 (Your stop is Antigonidon) http://susepaste.org/36871 (Your stop is also called Antigonidon but it's other bus line) http://susepaste.org/51314770 (Your stop is either Foititiki Leshi or Kaftatzogleio) Your first bus number is 26 (or 28) and the second is 17. Buy a ticket of 0.90E from a kiosk (or since you'll come by train, you can buy from the train station). The 0.90E ticket is for 2 routes (you validate it 2 times). The 0.80E ticket is for 1 route only. If you need more help, let us know. Also I hope I added the pictures correctly. If not, let me know. Hello, Thanks. It seems like distance is walkable. Less than 1 kilometer. Pls find attached snapshot I just took. Yellow marking is starting point & green is destination. http://susepaste.org/62ccf034 Google maps showing distance as 650m. Is that the correct path? [ I had wrong direction issue with Google maps before that's why want to confirm. :-D ] I'll take advantage to have a leisure walk + to spot restaurants,super markets [ to fill my stomach ] on the way if any ;-) Regards, Amey. Hello Amey, This is not correct. Don't know why, but we had same problem during planning some maps. If you really wanna walk, stay on Agiou Dimitriou for let's say 10-20 mins walk (depends your tempo). You'll pass university and AHEPA hospital on your right side and you'll find Olympic Museum on your left side. If you miss Olympic Museum, you'll find Kaftatzogelion Stadium.
