Remove search_owners_list Bento helper
... and its tests.
Now that we are only using the new web interface, we want to get rid
of all the helpers only used with Bento.

Remove Bento helpers from Webui, and their tests
Now that we are only using the new web interface, we want to get rid
of all the helpers only used with Bento.
The helpers removed are: repo_status_icon, tab, description_wrapper,
is_advanced_tab?, remove_dialog_tag, possibly_empty_ul, and
escape_nested_list.
Remove render_dialog skipped test, because the helper is not defined.

Get rid of webui2_ prefix in helpers
We don't have to distinguish between new and old helpers, as Bento is
no longer used, and Bento views will be removed soon.
