[webui] put a DB transaction around the tests
Use database_cleaner gem in the API to allow the webui
to wrap tests
(rename admin controller to test controller as there is nothing
left to admin in that controller)

[webui] fix apidocs links
/apidocs links to "about.xml" which is translated into /about.xml, so we need to
have the links in /apidocs/index to fix that
