[backend] support annotation extension in a compatible way
We now export both the old limited xml annotation and the complete
annotation as perl data.

[backend] support buildtime/buildhost/disturl in report
We want them for product tracking.
Also adds buildhost support for the annotation.

[backend] put buildtime/disturl in the report file
Make use of them in the publisher. This adds the missing info
for product builds. (Containers currently get the data from the
containerinfo file.)
