I can't seem to get any of the mixer controls to work on my suse 7.3 system with my SB Live 5.1. The sound works fine but it's really loud and nothing I've tried will affect the volume. I can get it to work with the creative open source driver but the alsa drivers don't seem to respond to any voume controls at all. Anyone know what's wrong with it? John
I am unable to shutdown the system completely, has anyone got any idea ?? It goes all the way to System now halting .. but it does not do it. Thank you very much in advance. Ricardo
