Does anyone know a good program to convert Real Audio files to wav files.

Hi Darrel, I use mplayer / mencoder to recode movies (DVD) and audio due to the capabillity to use Windows codecs. But I have to admit that i have never try to convert Real Audio... yet :-( so i am not quite sure wether it works or not.

Hi,
Well, I tried to convert RA files to WAV a couple of years ago (in '99 I think) and the only solution I found at that time was to connect two computer's soundcards audio out -> audio in, and play the RA in one of them and in the same time record the wav on the other one. It isn't a nice workaround, is it?

There's a lib out there, called 'libreplay.so'. This lib creates raw-streams from realplayer output. convert them to wave, that's all.
