No sound from either smplayer2 or VLC trying to play my saved DVB Mpeg4/h264 transport streams. VLC had the decency to clue me onto what was missing. Installing vlc-codecs from Packman succeeded for VLC, but not SMplayer. Is there a way to get smplayer to provide clue(s) to what it needs without installing lebenty zillion conflicting gstreamer, plugin and related packages hoping the one actually needed is included?
