You can use French, and what can be added is dubbing that looks like translation. Original track sound level is level lowered and English translation is dubbed. It would have one benefit, it will show that openSUSE is international community.

Or that.

I can see compression/decompression artifacts around letters and input boxes, which is not good. Somebody with a bigger pipe should produce video in a higher quality, or this is just a preview quality. Also details: On modern computer install takes 50 minutes. Is that what you wanted to say? Missed to mention hardware clock setting. Jump from defaults when talking about user credentials, root password, manual login. In general text is fine and I'll try to make transcript tomorrow. BTW, Cinelerra has a problem with .avi files :(

I used english to be understood by anybody :-). Of course I can make french version of the final version.

Original is 800x600, so the dvd mpg version is nearly identical, but 250Mb! I may upload the final version
Also details:

fifteen, not fifty I have to see if I want to makes this clearer
Missed to mention hardware clock setting.
average from i3 computer. Took one hour with an old PIV (6 years old), and from the net install, mostly for downloading.

I can't let a user use the same pass for root as user and log with no pass, we are not windows! *This* default makes me cry

Most of the install is so fast it's difficult to read any text :-(, and the one have to follow the install system. But I makes such install so often I could nearly do blindly :-) I also noticed I forgot to give our own licence (CC-BY). I could shorten a bit the clock part presently, the time necessary to type the little data asked is important relative to the total time of the install, it will be difficult to make better :-). I had no time to explain that the install include all the necessary softare to work... thanks jdd -- http://www.dodin.net http://www.dailymotion.com/video/xgxog7_clip-l-ombre-et-la-lumiere-3-bad-pig... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FGgv_ZFtV14 -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-multimedia+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-multimedia+help@opensuse.org
Hope this to be the final version: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=07pryArO_wM without english text: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6j_XPUiRSU8 not completely polished, but I expect future clips (on other subjects) to be more (experience working). For people wanting to dub (make a track with other languages): it's pretty easy to do with very lttle tools. A mike (for now I use simply a headset, the quality is bad but the sound easy to understand). Record a separate track while looking the clip. mix it with avidemux. The original track is mpg 250Mb. I can upload it to some server (including mine) if necessary. You also can send me the sound track and I can do the dubbing. I would like to add all the tracks on a single file, but don't know yet if it's possible and with what file format. I would like to have a translation team :-) let alone to be able to givbe credit to the translators jdd -- http://www.dodin.net http://www.dailymotion.com/video/xgxog7_clip-l-ombre-et-la-lumiere-3-bad-pig... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FGgv_ZFtV14 -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-multimedia+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-multimedia+help@opensuse.org

That's most probably caused by an old internal library, the ffmpeg looked quite old. My next project is to make it use shared system libraries so as I can package it. I was talking about Cinelerra CV that is currently installed on my computer. I didn't have time to try your package.
My next project is to make it use shared system libraries so as I can package it.
And that is exactly what is Cinelerra CV about. They make Cinelerra work with common libraries, but it seems that they have no enough time to keep with Cinelerra HV. Ditto version 2.1.5 vs. 4.2.

I need practice on autobuild and patching cinelerra HV to use system libs, will make good practise, I'm joining up with packman which should make good synchronization with openSUSE multimedia.
