is there a similar link you know of for ATI? ========================= Chuck ctewksbury@mediaone.net
Well, I did not try it with ATI since long time, when I actually failed to make it work in 3d under linux, but now, according to their site, 3d support is available only for Rage Pro chipsets (utah-glx). I have no experience with that, though, and would love to learn if you can make it work... If you need anything related to video in/out for your ATi card, you better check gatos.sourceforge.net - they do a nice work since years (it works somewhat better then the same stuff under windows :)))) Good luck Eduard

Point your browser to
http://www.nvidia.com/view.asp?PAGE=linux
find your distribution there, download 2 RPMs (one with kernel module and the other one with GLX), and follow the instructions from http://205.158.109.140/XFree86_40/1.0-2313/README.txt
It's hard to make it wrong :)
Cheers Eduard
