NVidia GeForce FX 5600 GO

Hi ! I'm using SuSE 8.2 on laptop Sony GRT715M (2.8, 512, NV GeForce FX 5600 GO 64 Mb). I have a problem with configuring X with NVidia driver... I tried use SaX2 to set driver but if then I test driver computer have black screen, impossible kill X, impossible even reboot system (only switch off :-((( ) I tried watch in log file of XF86Config but there is no errors... I don't know what to do.... HELP !!!!!!!
