TV Card doesn't work in SuSE Linux 9.0

I people.I've buyed a TV Card Pinnacle PCTV, and he doesn't work. How I can fix that,she doesn't detect any TV programs. I've tried almost everything. The TV Card is detect by YaST. Thanks for your help SuSE Linux RuleZ
