usb nach sleep (bzw 'deckel zu und wieder auf')
Hi, mit Hilfe dieser ML habe ich meinen USB-Stick zum Laufen bekommen (nochmal ein herzl. Dankeschön dafür an dieser Stelle!). Es gibt aber noch einen Schönheitsfehler. Sobald ich den Deckel meines Notebooks einmal zugemacht habe wird der USB-Stick nicht mehr erkannt. Normalerweise macht er sich durch ein 'piep' bemerkbar, wenn er reingesteckt wird. Nach Zu- und WiederAufklappen des NB nicht mehr. Ist dies ein bekanntes Problem? Wenn ja: wie kann ich ohne 'init 6' wieder schnellstmöglich auf den USB-Stick zugreifen? Für Vorschläge offen, Patrick Hardware: IBM Thinkpad R40 -- But I don't really see running SETI@Home as practical as Folding@Home. What, exactly, would be the benefit of finding intelligent aliens on the other side of the galaxy? Maybe they're broadcasting the principles of protein folding... [from bionet.*]

Hab ich schon ohne Erfolg getestet. Andere Ideen? Patrick -- Irren ist menschlich, aber um die Sache wirklich ekelhaft zu machen, benötigt es schon einen Computer.
