Immer noch Probleme mit powersave und standby
Hallo alle, Ich habe immer noch Probleme mit Standby. Mein System: Suse 9.1 kernel 2.6.5-7.75 neuste powersave from ftp://ftp.suse.com/pub/people/seife/powersave/ Nach dem Einschalten und Hochfahren funktioniert alles einwandfrei. Nach Standby und Resume scheint alles wieder zu funktionieren. Dann bricht nach einiger Zeit das Netzwerk zusammen. Dann funktioniert die Tastatur nicht mehr richtig (liegt am ipw2100 Modul: nach rmmod ipw2100 geht Tastatur wieder). rcnetwork restart bringt genausowenig wie rmmod bcm5700, modprobe bcm5700. Komischerweise funktioniert das Netzwerk nach erneutem Standby und Resume wieder bricht allerdings nach einiger Zeit wieder zusammen (kann Minuten bis Stunden dauern). Woran kann das nur liegen? Das hilft dagegen auch nicht, der Kernel ist noch nicht soweit. Interessant wäre, welche Hardware du verwendest.
Komischerweise funktioniert das Netzwerk nach erneutem Standby und Resume wieder bricht allerdings nach einiger Zeit wieder zusammen (kann Minuten bis Stunden dauern). Woran kann das nur liegen?
Typischerweise ist das interrupt-routing nach S3-Resume kaputt und die settings der PCI-Busse werden oft nicht richtig wiederhergestellt.

Kannst du evtl. das tg3-Modul für deine Netzwerkkarte verwenden? (aber helfen wird das auch nicht viel). -- Stefan Seyfried
