(I am still trying to learn SUSE LINUX - thats why.... ;-) Problems with connecting to the internet. Using SUSE 9.3 on a new ASUS laptop, Modems: (a) ASUS software modem (b) 3Com Megahertz 56k PCMCIA-card modem Modem (a) is recognized in YAST internet setup (ttySLo) Modem (b) not recognized in YAST, but with 'cardctl_ident' etc. With both modems I don't succeed connecting to the internet yet. (Don't tell me I am too stupid - I know.....). Any hints or advice for someone like me??? Hans
