Hallo, ich habe zwar ein Acer TM634, hatte aber auch mit unpassenden modelines zu kämpfen. Ich bekam erst die Auflösung 1400x1025, als ich eben diese modelines in der XF86config auskommentierte, bzw. in der Section "Monitor" auch "UseModes" auskommentierte. was bedeutet: (II) I810(0): Not using mode "1400x1050" (no mode of this name) unter Windoof geht es ja auch...
Ich hätte auch schon mal den original Intel-Treiber auprobiert, ist aber nur binär für Kernel 2.4.18 und 2.4.19 verfügbar, ich habe SuSE-Linux 8.2 mit Kernel 2.4.20 und manchmal 2.4.21.
Hat jemand eine Idee, wie ich an den richtigen Modus rankomme?
