Hier meine "Erfahrungen": SuSE 7.1 (PCMCIA 3.1.22, Kernel 2.4.0) => alles laeuft!!! SuSE 7.2 (PCMCIA 3.1.25, Kernel 2.4.4) => nichts geht (PCMCIA haegt) SuSE 7.3 (PCMCIA 3.1.28, Kernel 2.4.10) => nichts geht (tr0 terminated) cardctl ident: -------------- Socket 0: product info: "IBM", "TOKEN RING", "34L1499", "B3ENIPSKJRT" manfid: 0x00a4, 0x001e function: 6 (network) lsmod: ----- Module Size Used by ibmtr_cs 16372 0 (unused) ds 6832 1 [ibmtr_cs] i82365 23296 1 pcmcia_core 43008 0 [ibmtr_cs ds i82365] ipv6 124736 -1 (autoclean) evdev 4160 0 (unused) input 3072 0 [evdev] uhci 22400 0 (unused) usbcore 47264 1 [uhci] reiserfs 147920 1 (autoclean) nls_iso8859-1 2880 1 (autoclean) jfs 148912 1 (autoclean) ext3 61312 1 (autoclean) jbd 41504 1 (autoclean) [ext3] config.opt: ----------- include port 0x100-0x4ff, port 0x800-0x8ff, port 0xc00-0xcff include memory 0xc0000-0xfffff include memory 0xa0000000-0xa0ffffff, memory 0x60000000-0x60ffffff include port 0xa00-0xaff exclude irq 4 exclude irq 7 exclude irq 12 module "ibmtr_cs" opts "mmiobase=0xd0000 srambase=0xd4000" dmesg: ------ Linux PCMCIA Card Services 3.1.28 kernel build: 2.4.10-4GB #1 Tue Sep 25 12:33:54 GMT 2001 options: [pci] [cardbus] [apm] Intel PCIC probe: <6>PCI: Found IRQ 11 for device 00:03.0 PCI: Sharing IRQ 11 with 00:00.1 PCI: Sharing IRQ 11 with 00:00.2 IRQ routing conflict for 00:03.0, have irq 10, want irq 11 O2Micro OZ6812 rev 05 PCI-to-CardBus at slot 00:03, mem 0x10000000 host opts [0]: [ring] [pci+isa] [pci irq 10] [lat 32/176] [bus 1/4] ISA irqs (default) = 3,4,5,7,9,12 PCI status changes Switching off penguin. cs: memory probe 0xa0000000-0xa0ffffff: clean. cs: IO port probe 0x0100-0x04ff: excluding 0x2c8-0x2cf 0x3b8-0x3df 0x4d0-0x4d7 cs: IO port probe 0x02d0-0x03b7: clean. cs: IO port probe 0x03e0-0x04cf: clean. cs: IO port probe 0x04d8-0x04ff: clean. cs: IO port probe 0x0800-0x08ff: clean. cs: IO port probe 0x0a00-0x0aff: clean. cs: IO port probe 0x0c00-0x0cff: clean. tr0: ISA P&P 16/4 Adapter/A (short) | 16/4 ISA-16 Adapter found tr0: using irq 3, PIOaddr a20, 64K shared RAM. tr0: Hardware address : 00:40:AA:4E:5A:C3 tr0: Shared RAM paging disabled. ti->page_mask 0 tr0: Maximum Receive Internet Protocol MTU 16Mbps: 16344, 4Mbps: 6104 tr0: port 0xa20, irq 3, mmio 0xd0dfc000, sram 0xd4000, hwaddr=0040AA4E5AC3 tr0: Initial interrupt : 4 Mbps, shared RAM base 000d4000. tr0: Opening adapter: Xmit bfrs: 0 X 0, Rcv bfrs: 0 X 0 tr0: TERMINATED via signal tr0: Initial interrupt : 4 Mbps, shared RAM base 000d4000. tr0: Opening adapter: Xmit bfrs: 0 X 0, Rcv bfrs: 0 X 0 tr0: TERMINATED via signal ********************************************************************** Mich verwundert etwas die Adresse "mmio 0xd0dfc000" verglichen mit dem Eintrag in der config.opts "mmiobase=0xd0000". Fragen: Ist so ein Problem bekannt? Kann die MMIO Adresse hier das Problem sein? Kann man die Sache tracen, um dem Problem auf die Spur zu kommen? Fuer jeden Tip waere ich dankbar.
