I added 192.115.211.70 explicitly now to the list of allowed hosts for "opensuse-full" on stage.opensuse.org. So your problem should be solved. But you should check your reverse DNS resolution, as the forward resolution works here: ~> host mirror.isoc.org.il mirror.isoc.org.il is an alias for foss.isoc.org.il. foss.isoc.org.il has address 192.115.211.70 but the reverse one not: ~> host 192.115.211.70 Host 70.211.115.192.in-addr.arpa. not found: 3(NXDOMAIN) for us this is not a problem any longer - but other servers/services also depend on a valid reverse DNS entry for your IP, so it might be better to point it to (at least) foss.isoc.org.il...
