Hmm, it does look like it - at least it is empty on widehat, ftp.gwdg.de and my own mirror.

I think this is about the linking between ftp and ftp-stage.  Isn't there a script somewhere that has the details ?

Ah now I wondered why some symlinks that I've done on ftp-stage were instantly on prod with no publish_triggered. I could also appreciate any pointer to the script/service that does it.
