You can check actual mirrors used in /var/log/zypper.log: it usually has several mirrors per each package download. I've noticed that opensuse.astra.in.ua was used only for http:// requests and and was not used for https:// requests. That should be fixed now and it will be fully used in several hours. Just in case, there are several additional methods to verify if a mirror is in use: 1. curl command with -IL flags for metalink of some package, which e.g. for Tumbleweed may be: curl -sL http://download.opensuse.org/tumbleweed/repo/oss/x86_64/vim-8.2.3582-1.1.x86... | grep astra 2. Check metalink or mirrorlist directly on the download site, e.g. http://download.opensuse.org/tumbleweed/repo/oss/x86_64/vim-8.2.3582-1.1.x86... - if your website is there - it should be in use. Please note that currently you may see different results for http and https requests, because they are handled by different engines. We are working on make behavior consistent.
