Difficult to tell, but I don't think so - http://mirror.lzu.edu.cn/ works fine and even reports status 'failed' for openSUSE. Interestingly, https://mirror.lzu.edu.cn/opensuse _does_ work ... I'll open a ticket. -- Per Jessen, Zürich (21.6°C) Member, openSUSE Heroes.
