[suse-mirror] Connection refused by rsync.opensuse.org

I'm getting "Connection refused" when rsyncing from rsync.opensuse.org.

Our mirror: mirrors.hustunique.com
IPv4 address: 115.156.219.152

Is there anything wrong?
