rsync.o.o is down?

Hi, My script which has been pulling TW files off rsync.opensuse.org is unable to connect since around 11pm UTC on Tuesday... about 6 hours ago. Getting connection timeouts. Is this a known issue? Temporary? Or has something changed which I need to know? Thank you!
