They may have 1 TBps, doesn't change that they limit the downloads to 2 MB/per IP. They don't seem to respond to mails either.
I tried a hosting company who already hosts Ubuntu (a very fast one) and METU.edu.tr which even hosted/upstreamed the entire country Internet one time. Even they didn't respond yet.
I wonder if someone could port the Manjaro's "ping every mirror around and auto select the fastest ones" script for issues like mine. I mean, if I was in Sweden or Germany, I wouldn't be even aware of "mirrors" thing.

I agree 2Mb/sec is not really sufficient these days, but the mirror is being run by a local users group and it is our only mirror in Turkey.
