Hi all, Has anyone been working with the clutter, gstreamer, and clutter-gst builds in Windows? I am attempting to use clutter and gstreamer to provide a fast and flexible interface for manipulating multiple incoming high-definition video streams. I've been having a hard time getting a working installation of gstreamer in a mingw msys environment, though it seems that the opensuse mingw builds are the most coherent. I've installed openSUSE on a USB drive and have added the repository for all of the cross-compiled mingw32 software, followed by installing everything related to clutter, gstreamer, and clutter-gst. I copied everything into it's own directory ("gstreamer-clutter") in my mingw installation in Windows (/mingw/), and have been trying to compile and run some software I originally wrote for Linux. I've managed to get it compiled, through using the windows mingw gcc (/mingw/bin/gcc) for compiling, and the opensuse mingw (/mingw/gstreamer-clutter/bin/gcc) for linking; a little odd, but I get errors using the windows one during linking, and errors using the opensuse one during compiling, so I've had to use both. Anyway, that works fine and I can run my clutter-based code. However, I run into issues when trying to use gstreamer and a clutter-gst sink; it just won't work and I can't figure out why. I tried testing the gstreamer installation, but autovideosink can't find a suitable sink for output. It's weird, because none of the gstreamer tools are able to find the directdrawsink element, even though the library is clearly in /mingw/gstreamer-clutter/lib/gstreamer-0.10 with all the rest. I'm wondering if anyone might have some suggestions that would help. Have anyone performed much testing of the cross-compiled mingw32 ports of clutter and gstreamer in a 32-bit windows 7 environment? Have you managed to get clutter-gst working such an environment? If so, could you perhaps provide some details about your installation configuration?
