The one for 13.1 ( https://github.com/openSUSE/artwork/tree/master/Marketing%20Materials/Facebo... ) was very popular in the Hungarian openSUSE community, with many people replacing their cover photo with this one. I went ahead and slapped a new one together which I think looks pretty good and put it up.
