[opensuse-marketing] Calling Ambassadors: DVD requests

Hi all, We get a ton of openSUSE DVD requests, and processing them takes some significant time. I wonder if we have an volunteers who'd like to head this up and look over incoming requests, evaluate requests, and respond to the people who ask for DVDs. Note that we don't have the ability to send DVDs to anyone and everyone -- we have enough to cover installfests and major events, etc., but we don't provide DVDs for individual requests. Thanks! I can help with that too. I think it's a good idea if we, the Ambassadors, could manage that for our land area. What do we need to know? Is there any guide on points to evaluate or de we need to work that out? I mean, I got the general idea but wondering if there is any "official" evaluation way to respond. Yeah, I agree with Ricardo. In my region / state / city that I am the only one involved in the project, I can help much but my availability is limited - one of the reasons not to be an ambassador.
