Hello folks, I got confirmation by the Infotech 2013 team (Mauritius / infotech.mu) that the National Computer Board is willing to share its booth with us. That being said we're getting a stand (on Sunday 24th) to demo openSUSE at a conference that's visited by thousands of Mauritians. On my side I'll be bringing a couple of posters. Too bad we no more have the Promo DVDs, one of the reasons why I've emphasized in empowering the Advocates :P I am however bringing the ISO images to distribute & a laptop to demo. On Thursday 21st we've also been allocated a slot for a presentation. My presentation will comprise of introducing the openSUSE Project & the Advocate program. Photos & the article will show up on my blog afterwards. The new advocates from Mauritius will be around giving a helping hand :) Cheers!
