Hello

I introduce myself, my name Alexjan Carraturo, I am a openSUSE Ambassador (as many of you), I am the president of the Free Software User Group Italy, fellow of FSFE and board member of the "Software Freedom International.

I am pleased to remind you that September 18, 2010, including this year, play the Software Freedom Day

I remind everyone that the SFD is an international event dedicated to free software and GNU / Linux. It takes place in many countries worldwide, including of course my (Italy).

With openSUSE, last year, it was possible to provide CDs of openSUSE many students in schools, and also the ambassador lodged openSUSE students.

I wondered if this year you can have the same material last year for our SFD 2010, and eventually, we also try to redistribute a bit 'for the other teams that make SFD in Italy.

See the openSUSE CD for us would be really very important, and therefore, if this is not the right place to ask, you wonder if you can tell me where can I request.

I remember that in both 2008 and in 2009 we had an audience of more than 500 students, many of them took the CD (and the gadegets like t-shirts, stickers and others) and thanks to those who have tried it last year, sent us the CDs of openSUSE.

Alexjan, we do not have 11.3 DVDs yet but hope to have them soon.  Once we have them, it will be announced - as well as the way to get them.

Ok, all right. Please send me your shipping address and I'll put you on the "to ship list". I'm currently ordering the openSUSE 11.3 PromoDVD. They should be in our office not later then mid of August and will be then send out on a first come first serve base and kind of all request for events, to hand out to multipliers will get a higher priority then the ones like "Please send me 2 DVDs for myself and my neighbour" ;-)
