[opensuse-marketing] 11.2 screenshots?
Hi all, Anyone running Factory right now? I'm being asked for "screenshots of 11.2" -- I know that it's way early for that, but if anyone's running Factory and feels like starting an 11.2 screenshot page, I could make a journalist very happy. Tell him to go away imo. 11.2 is 8 months away and it's pre-alpha, and publishing screenshots now doesn't make any sense. He should be writing about 11.1 or SLE11. Public relations rule #1: Telling a journalist "go away" doesn't do much in the way of helping get a project good coverage. :-) I was specifically asked by a writer for screenshots of 11.2. (She also asked publicly: http://twitter.com/estherschindler/status/1307126253)

Usually what we do for screenshots of development versions is create the screenshots and pages for each development release (e.g. Alpha 0, Beta 2, etc.) What I've done, since you asked, is created an openSUSE 11.2 Alpha 0/Factory page.
