[opensuse-marketing] Updating the template of the home page
Hi All, I have a big problem with the home page of the italian wiki. I've setup the same template of the english one but after saved the code the page loads " {} " instead of the translated content... for example, this is the code with the translated content: In the output there are all the lines which split the images from the content, but in the last one's box there is only this: " {} ". Why? (Obviously now i have restored the old page.) Hello , Well thats because '|' was missing and templates are not friendly with "<p class="page_1 margin_r_m"> </p>" .Instead try the below one . Let me see if i can figure out something in regard to <p class> in templates.I haven't been in touch with the wiki for around 2-3 months so cant remelmber exactly what should be the replacement or if any . Till then i guess that would help you. And ya next time send to the wiki-ML ;) (wiki related things)
Bye Giuseppe

Missing | at the end of previous line.
===Spargi la Parola con i loghi openSUSE !=== <p class="page_1 margin_r_m">
Remove <p class="page_1 margin_r_m"> it is not needed with template.

Just as it is pointed in example below.

It seems not necessary, as the majority of active wiki editors are subscribed to opensuse-marketing :) Besides, I would like to boost forum activity: http://forums.opensuse.org/opensuse-wiki-discussions/ It has some advantages over ML (mail list): 1) No need for separate subscription. If you have Novell account for wiki you can use forums with the same login. It is specially advantage for wiki editors as you can communicate in one browser tab, and edit in another. 2) It can be moderated, so trolls have no chance to be recorded in archives for the future reference like with ML :) 3) The old school that prefer mail clients with their spartan display of messages has NNTP access with any news reader. -- Regards Rajko, -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-marketing+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-marketing+help@opensuse.org
