I am trying now to set up a Launch Party for openSUSE 11.2 in Vienna.

Is anyone interested (a "no" is not acceptable :) ) and would anyone like to come there and maybe help also a bit (That is not a question for the ambassadors, they must come :) )

Exactly location isn't decided yet, but it is in Vienna.

Things which would be needed would be: - maybe some test laptops - beamer - food and drinks

that are things u should be talk to quintessenz, she are every friday in ur Museumsquartier, she have there her rooms. There are rooms for events too ;) I spoke with Daniel Jahre he would help u organize it. Go to him he has a lot of expirience organize floss events. Before he went to vienna he was a part of the chemnitzer linux-tage team and now he organize the big brother aards and the linuxwochen. And he knows how/who in vienna are rooms available. I already talked to him and he said it would be no problem to get a room.

I don't know more yet and it is also the first time, that I (try :P ) to organize something, so if anyone has questions, tips or something else, please write back.

First u should make an room clear. From this depends what u can make at ur Launch Party.
