Hi all, Sorry about the complete lack of clarity and explanation on the marketing hackfest idea. Most of you knew we would do it - but what/how/when/where was unclear. Let me attempt to clarify: As you'll be at oSC anyway, adding a few hotel nights for a meeting is easy! We can get some work done, in preparation for the next openSUSE release for example; or on folders, flyers and other artwork; or on the ambassador program; and of course have some MORE fun... It will happen the two days after the conf, 15 and 16 of September. The meeting needs: hotel nights for all of the participants; a meeting room; and FUN! The fun comes by itself and the meeting room will be at the openSUSE office. The hotel nights work like this: I pay. As in, EVERY participant, if you had sponsorship for the conference or not, can send me the bill and I will reimburse 2 nights like we did for the conf sponsorship: up to the cheapest reasonable option which is about 45 euro a night, I believe. So you have to fill in a form, attach the receipts, SUSE will then pay the receipt value up to 90 euro. Let me know if you have any questions (or corrections)... Jos
