RE: VOTE TODAY [Was: [opensuse-marketing] 11.2 DVD Cover Mock-up]
I vote for #1 from jimmac. There is an understated coolness about it and it looks almost menacing.

I'm quite late to the DVD cover discussion. I think most of the designs here are really centered around the 11.1 theme, with the exception of the latest one from RageCryX. Overall the layout is usually quite dense with very little whitespace.
I like these quite a bit - but we are pretty deep into the discussions.
No more submissions please. We need to have something this week.
Votes, now, on which one to run with?

Winner gets a free download of openSUSE 11.2 on November 12. :-)
(Note: Text may change and minor things may be done to change them for
final copy)
Thanks,
Zonker

Menacing? I don't see you on any of the covers. :-) I actually like the theme of #1 but the layout of #3. I'm far more preferential to #3 and the way I did my "vote" is to not study each image but to quickly look at each one and see which one popped out. #3 won. Bryen

I vote for #1. One thing, I would not include the f-spot screenshot and replace that area with some graphics elements related to the Get it, Discover it, Create it ideas. It's so so bad I did not backup my files before deleting my old email account :/ I am really sorry about that you all.
