The only one I can recall was Novell Open Audio, which Ted did. Way back in the day. Honestly I think having an openSUSE podcast would be a stellar idea. I'd go so far as to say that, if there's not already someone working on such a beast, I'd happily volunteer to put something like that together -- so long as I could find a suitable co-host or two that could bring some serious Geeko-cred to the table. -Bryan On 2015-07-02 11:53 am, Bob Martens wrote:

Sadly, I can’t bring any “cred” to the table, but I would love to be a part of getting something like that off the ground. Especially right now it would be a great time to get some people speaking out in the open about what is happening with Tumbleweed and the openSUSE 42 project. I completely, 100% agree. We have a whole slew of interesting people that could talk about quite a wide range of green things. Richard. Doug. Any of the board members. A whole slew of contributors. Just to make it clear: If this is of interest, I am game for hosting and editing such a beast. But I'd need one or two co-hosts to help me pull it together. (Lining up awesome guests should be easy with this crowd.) -Bryan On 07/02/2015 12:48 PM, Bob Martens wrote:

I'm not much of a co-host, but I'd be willing to sit in there and be someone to keep things "calm". I'd love to hear from a few more people. Sincerely, Bob Martens http://bobmartens.net @boblmartens

Since it is a openSUSE Marketing team effort, I dont think you need any permission here. However, you should also look here : https://en.opensuse.org/openSUSE:Trademark_guidelines To expedite, you can email permission@suse.com or board@opensuse.org to get the required permission.

Sorry guys, but I was in Sweden drinking expensive beer. I think Henne should be a great co-host. I wouldn't mind participating in a segment occasionally and taking part in the planning. -- Respectfully, Douglas DeMaio douglas.demaio@suse.com "In any moment of decision, the best thing you can do is the right thing, the next best thing is the wrong thing, and the worst thing you can do is nothing." - Theodore Roosevelt -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-marketing+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-marketing+owner@opensuse.org
