Just my view. Currently is too little people involved to have need for documented guidelines besides trademarks. There are plans for openSUSE Community Week, but that is in November. Catch first thing that is marketing and you are good to go, Currently 'openSUSE Weekly News' and 'People of openSUSE' need more people. I don't follow the rest of activities.
