What events will be financed, does that mean covering air/bus/etc tickets, disks, t-shirts, all of them?...not easy to answer but I believe the Marketing Budget could be primarley divided into regions. So as for South America, there are a few events such as FLISOL, FISL, or the Gnome LA Tour that I am pretty interested. And of course I am interested in attending OSC 2010 ;), just wishing air tickets are not that expensive next year.
I've asked that at the conf and from what I understood, transport costs for the speakers will come from the transport budget of each Novell employee. I have no idea if transport costs for external speakers will be covered from this budget. I also think that we should try to cover as many regions/countries of the world as we can.
