Thank you Henne, I did some digging on topic updating myself on public comments, opinions and especially any relevant RFC and I guess it does seem that despite general lay opinion wanting things one way (default to List), RFCs based on various technical opinions instead heavily recommend the way this List is configured, so I am willing to live with it. Am just a bit tired of the "Reply To" misconfiguration for this Mail List, would like to contact whoever is the Admin to assist in fixing. Clicking "Reply" should not point to the original individual, it should point to the Mail List.
From our FAQ
Why do my replies go to the original poster and not the list?
We do not "munge" the mail headers by inserting a "Reply-To:" header because it makes it more difficult subscribers to handle the mail the way they want to. Your mail client probably has a "reply" function as well as a "reply to all" or "reply to list" one; Please use the latter if you want you message to go to the list and not just to the original poster.

On that page you also find instructions on how to contact the administrator and other things.
