Maybe skip the 10000th feature request to change default desktop (this time, I suspect, to XFCE or LXDE altough the writer isn't clear on that)
Thanks for your comment, Jos. It is very difficult to screen which feature requests are convincing and which are not during the OWN editing phase. People may request any feature to openFATE regardless of whether it is acceptable to others or not. Users can vote + or - for each request and if negative votes will be cast more than positive votes, a request won't be implemented. So, the reason why I introduce newly requested features in OWN is to attract more attention of users and urge them to vote. I know there are some requests which are totally ridiculous or too selfish. But I've tried to include all the features (actually not all but all which are categorized as 'openSUSE Distribution' and 'Package Wishlist', though) in OWN because I think readers/users should judge whether a request is reasonable or not. I ask for your kind understanding. ;-) Best, -- _/_/ Satoru Matsumoto - openSUSE Member - Japan _/_/ _/_/ Marketing/Weekly News/openFATE Screening Team _/_/ _/_/ mail: helios_reds_at_gmx.net / irc: HeliosReds _/_/ _/_/ http://blog.zaq.ne.jp/opensuse/ _/_/ -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-marketing+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-marketing+owner@opensuse.org
