That sounds really interesting. What are the leader's task? I'm hoping for detailed info here ;).
Mainly coordinate with the team the next interviews (who to interview and when to publish) and have the responsibility to review queued interviews. If the team, which should not have many members (not necessary), can coordinate between with no one leading that would be okay though.
