Hello,
I know some of you would find this funny , but I was wondering when is openSUSE's birthday ? As I believe we can actually make this day (the birth date) a very special day in marketing the product in terms of - making public appearance , organize an event and provide talks and so on . If the the day is not somewhere around , then I would like to see the 12.0 release and openSUSE birthday on the same day (if feasible) .So that we get chance to party double and have a Mega-Event . . .
This is just a thought from an empty vessel , so give a thought to it ;)
PS :If you Birthday as not a suitable word , then Anniversary ? (or not)
Hi, Had you read this http://zonker.opensuse.org/2008/10/06/third-anniversary-of- opensuse-projects-first-release/ It seems October 6th is the opensuse anniversary.
