Nice work! And now let's spam it over the Internet! :)
A few people pointed out that it might be more useful to have it with "openSUSE 12.1" mentioned somewhere. Both options have pros and cons. Essentially: - with "openSUSE 12.1": very clearly points out what it is about, and makes "openSUSE 12.1" show up on the site :) - without: * pro: more intriguing, might make people curious and click the banner to see what it's all about :) * con: more confusing too, some might just not bother One way or another, we must pick one, I won't make two different countdown banners. It's possible, from a technical POV, and even pretty easy to do but.. sigh... makes things even more complicated (different URLs, more documentation, which one should I choose?, etc...) But I'll implement it tonight so that everyone can compare and give their feedback on which one we should use. One way or another, the current URL remains the same: * 400x400: http://counter.opensuse.org/large.png * 256x256: http://counter.opensuse.org/medium.png * 130x130: http://counter.opensuse.org/small.png * 600x100: http://counter.opensuse.org/wide.png It is automatically internationalized depending on the language settings of the browser of the person who goes on your page. I'll post more detailed instructions later on, including with which link to surround the <img/> tag. cheers -- -o) Pascal Bleser /\\ http://opensuse.org -- we haz green _\_v http://fosdem.org -- we haz conf
