And when I said "next week" I really meant "next month". Sorry, but I only got the final budget yesterday. To quote Professor Hubert Farnsworth: Good news everybody! My budget is now locked and I have insight into what we're allocated for ambassadors next year. So, we need to come up with a proposal for how to use that money. Some notes: * We don't have a foundation, so this money will still be handled by Novell (me) for the time being. So, basically I'm going to be the CFO for the ambassadors until further notice. (That's "Chief Financial Officer") * This isn't entirely open ended. What I'm looking for is a steering committee of the most active ambassadors to work together on a plan and be accountable for the budget.
